The National Maritime Mueum
A most excellent place to take your family. I enjoyed all the exhibits and the staff was very helpful with help and explanations in the museum. In addition children will definitely enjoy many parts inside this museum, in the centre of Greenwich. There are many interactive exhibits for them to have fun. I found that the buildings in British history were very well designed and decorated in a style that is understandable. Super!
This place is in the heart of Greenwich village and the park. It is very 'child-friendly' with a whole section for children. Very convenient. The rest of the museum was also very good. Not very big, and easily accessible in an hour or two. I spent part of the day with a staff person who simply presented the different parts of the museum. It's easy to get to and I took the boat to Greenwich and spent the day there. I had a very good day. Do go to the market and the park. Spend the day in Greenwich you will not regret it.
