This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site www.TripTide.london (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Our Legitimate Business Interests Our legitimate interests in collecting and retaining your personal data are described below: In order to support developing our member’s portfolio and our customers resourcing needs we require a database of member and customer personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements. To deliver our ancillary services we might need to contact members on a regular basis, through various routes such as email, phone, opportunity alerts and other relevant notifications Consent Should we want or need to rely on consent to lawfully process your data we will request your consent orally, by email or by an online process for the specific activity we require consent for and record your response on our system.
