His Legend Lives On
Just who is the Stig and moreover where does he live? For visitors to London , he (or rather a thirty foot fibreglass version) can now be found outside BBC’s central London Broadcasting house in Langham Place.
For visitors who know nothing of the Stig, he was discovered by the presenters of the old Top Gear programme (apparently as a baby in Bethlehem by Jeremy, Richard and James!). The Stig has gained widespread recognition as a test driver and is an international man of mystery. The BBC has drafted in some help from one of Top Gear's most recognisable, albeit mysterious, drivers to help drum up interest ahead of the reformed show's launch.
