This is one of London’s hidden gems, an accessible, affordable venue with quality entertainment on offer. It provides a space for emerging playwrights to test their stuff, featuring straightforward staging to facilitate pure storytelling without the bling.
It’s an experience that’s uniquely London: great beer (with a variety of craft beers available seasonally), alongside talented, emerging theatre shows. That means you get to see them performed before they hit the big time - and the big ticket prices. They often go on to much bigger festivals, like the Edinburgh fringe – enjoy them before everyone else knows about them, right in the heart of Angel!
