PIN Arancini Brothers
Making Risotto Balls Since 2009
They serve handmade risotto balls all over London, at private functions and also street food events and markets. In store, they also serve delicious house-baked sweets and top notch coffee.
The two Daves started as a tiny market stall in Brick Lane on Sunday mornings. Festivals, other markets and private catering soon followed and they finally took over a dilapidated English cafe in Kentish Town, to begin their adventures in a real building. They have both been in the restaurant business for 16 years having been schooled by Sicilian master chefs.
What are risotto balls?
Big grains of rice are mixed through slow cooked onion, garlic and herbs, vegetable stock is added to make a firm, delicious risotto. Then they are mixed through with flavours like cheddar, mozzarella, parsley and lemon. This is hand rolled into little balls, coated in rice flour then fried and enjoyed.
