Banh Bao is founded by the two Banh Bao brothers, Chris and Ray, and their inspiration and recipes derive from grandma, Madame Bay`s, recipes. Chris and Ray strive to keep Madame Bay`s recipes alive in London by serving familiar and not so familiar dishes to their visitors.
