Vauxhall’s all-day bar & brasserie serves New-York-style contemporary food and drinks and seats over 100 guests across a mix of table and at-the-counter seating. The atmosphere evolves with the day, reflecting the needs of COUNTER’s diverse customer base of residents, commuters, tourists, professionals and hedonists.

Weekends see brunches, on Sunday even with Carl Joseph and Duncan Day alternating on the piano. A carefully-curated wine list comprised exclusively of French and American wines, and a full bar, serving classic and unique cocktails and mocktails as well as selected craft beers cater both to diners and those looking for top-notch drinks before hitting Vauxhall’s nightlife.

History

One of the undisputed highlights for their chef was being listed by Rebecca Seal of the Evening Standard as one of three top restaurants in London for terrines.
Dubbed Deco meets Disco, the look and ambiance are a trend-setting take on glamour and bring the traditional brasserie firmly into the 21st century. They combine the heritage of Vauxhall’s historic reputation for pleasure-seeking with the emerging skyline and recent development projects in the area. Glittering antiqued mirrors and a palette of lacquered grey tones are highlighted with brass detailing and custom-made lighting and set off against reclaimed teak floors.

How to get there
