Crust Bros is one of Lambeth`s (and London`s) latest additions to pizza Italiano. These beautiful pizza are cooked in authentic Neapolitan fashion in a wood-fired oven, and then topped with adventurous combos like mozzarella, pancetta, sausage and egg or mozzarella, n’duja and rocket. Each pizza has been dubbed with murderous names – Notorious P.I.G., Kaling Me Softly and White Boy – a vegan or gluten-free pie is an option. It already has a loyal and attentive fan base.
