This spectacular kitchenware shop in Chelsea is a showcase for the designs of the late David Mellor and his son Corin.Mellor was a key figure in British design with an international reputation as designer, manufacturer and shopkeeper. The cutlery, ceramics, glass and accessories are all produced in their Derbyshire factory and share an elegant simplicity. The shop also sells pottery and woodcrafted oieces that come from a variety of British studios and similar European designers.

David Mellor was born in Sheffield and originally trained as a silversmith, he always specialised in metalwork and is particularly famous for his cutlery which won numerous design awards and which is in many international collections.
