What to expect
This is a Portuguese grocery, which also serves coffee, sandwiches and cakes – although it is not exactly a restaurant. There is every type of tinned that visitors would expect from a Lisbon supermarket including the fantastic sardine paste at 85p for a 65g tin. Visitors can some great salt cod and pepper paste marinade that's used in clams and pork whilst getting a milky coffee and pastel de nata. There is a good selection of quality hams, wines and tinned foods - all sourced from Portugal or Brazil. There is also selection of fried fish cakes, salads and meats can be eaten at tables outside or at the window. There are plenty of Portuguese visitors who come here regularly.
