Oz Cafe Culture in Notting Hill
A holistic and healthy, yet comfortingly simple approach to Australian cafe culture in the heart of Notting Hill. Farm Girl values fresh, nutritionally nurturing ingredients and delivers them in a warm and welcoming environment.
Don’t be fooled by her stylish exterior, Rose Mann may have a penchant for Charlotte Olympia ‘Kitty’ slippers, but she can milk a cow like a pro and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty when there’s a roast ‘chuck’ to prepare. The original Farm Girl, Rose’s childhood spent on an Australian dairy farm means she’s hardier than she looks and appreciates simple country living just as much as the slick-city life she now enjoys in London.
Farm Boy – Rose’s partner in crime both personally and professionally – Anthony Hood shares the Farm Girl appreciation for an outdoor, activity-filled lifestyle. Having grown up surrounded by Swiss snow capped peaks, he loves an alpine adventure; although these days, a Sunday stroll with canine companions is equally as good.
Resident Farm Doctor Melly Lou, of Liquorice Lifestyle, has many strings to her bow; naturopath, medical herbalist, yoga instructor, nurse and nutrition know-it-all, making her the perfect guide on a path to optimal health and healing. With an achievable approach to healthy living, she is all about balance and compromise – we happen to know she mixes a great superfood-infused vodka cocktail on special occasions!
Channelling his culinary creativity straight into the Farm Girl Kitchen, Benoit Marmoiton ensures our menu is every bit as delicious as it is nourishing. Having worked as a private chef for many years, travelling the world and experimenting with international cuisines, he specialises in delivering healthy dishes without compromising on taste.
