Be amazed by the Queens mounted bodyguards
Grade-I listed Horse Guards can be seen guarding the Queen on ceremonial occasions as well as is deployed overseas in combat. In the museum guests can see the guards, learn about the regiments history and explore the 18th century stalls.
The change of Guard on Horses
At 11 am (10 am on Sun) you can witness a change of guard on horses, something spectacular even to those who have seen the Beefeaters. If you miss that, however, at 4 pm there is an another ceremony - the inspection. Either one by itself is already worth a visit.
