One of London`s hidden gem`s in the heart of Soho is Mark`s Bar which can be found within the bowels of up-market eatery Hix. This is an old school drinking den in plush and splendid surroundings. In a warm and dimly lit environment there is an appearance of civility but underneath it is decadent to the core. Mark`s has a very unusual cocktail list and is inspired by British drinking traditions from centuries past. The section named `early British Libations` is a particular favourite.. If you really want to get the feel of the place just sit at the bar one evening and enjoy a Shipwreck Blazer or a Zombie

Opening Times

Like other bars Marks has happy hour from 4pm to 7pm and also an oyster happy hour when you can savour £1 Brownsea rock oysters. Mark's Bar also serves champagne or cocktails, all yours from 11.30 am until 1am (Monday to Saturday or 12am on Sunday

Located in Soho, Mark's bar is easy to get to by walking from Piccadilly or Shaftesbury Avenue. Its also a 2 minute walk from the Piccadilly Circus tube station
