PIN Phytology Nature Reserve
Discover wild, urban eco-systems
Pythology is all about the wildness within urban eco-systems. It is an artist and community led project exploring the use, value, resilience and function of wildness within urban eco-systems.There are 23 different species of plants inside where you can observe traditional applications, the properties, the way they can be used.
There are lots of fascinating different projects going on here and something for everyone to discover their own little eco system. There is also a medicinal garden where food and remedies for the local community are made for free.
Visitors can also attend the campfire club with some local artists or adopt a variety of plants like stinging nettles, dandelions , marsh mallows, purslane and robwort. The Centre was set up to help visitors develop a better understanding of indigenous London based plants and urban eco-systems across the country.

It is open the Saturday from 11am to 6pm between May 6th to September 2nd.
