One of the best

Prufrock is a large open-plan award winning cafe. It won the coveted Best Independent Coffee Shop in Europe award and likes to experiment to find the best production methods. They also run the London Barista resource and Training Centre from upstairs where aspiring coffee makers can graduate with a diploma.
