PIN Royal Opera House

Covent Garden's gleaming Jewel

The home of British opera is ‘Covent Garden’ in the beautiful, historic venue home to two famous companies - The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet.

Built in 1858, the Royal Opera House has hosted Maria Callas, Margot Fonteyn, Luciano Pavarotti and Rudolf Nureyev. It is the third incarnation and the last reconstruction in the 1990s produced a series of eye-catching public spaces entirely consistent with the historic magnificence of Covent Garden’s famous arena.
