A beautiful place or worship on Campden Hill

From the 19th century, the St. George`s Church was built to serve the community and the wider world. This huge place with Victorian architecture has excellent acoustics and a lots of natural light. The church has a capacity of 250 people.

History

The church was built by a man called John Bennett, a builder of Campden Hill. His son was its first vicar in 1864 after the church was consecrated.

6pm - Guided Meditation and Prayer

6.30pm -Holy Eucharist

Wednesday
9.15am - Morning Prayer
12 noon - Holy Communion (BCP)
12:30pm - Simple lunch followed by Bible Study (alternate weeks)
4.30pm - Evening Prayer

Thursday
9.15am - Morning Prayer
4.30pm - Evening Prayer

Saturday
9.30am - Holy Eucharist

Sunday
8am - Holy Communion (BCP)
10am - Sung Eucharist with Sunday School & Sermon (followed by refreshments)

How to get there

The best way to get there is by going to the Notting Hill Gate tube Station, and from there it's 7 minutes walk.
