What to expect

The chefs are all about putting a modern spin on traditional flavours. From their fine sharing boards and signature bacon & black pudding Scotch eggs, to their Cumbrian rib-eye steaks and pan-seared sea bream, each and every dish is crafted from only the finest ingredients. It is all good.
