PIN Terry`s
Historical diner
Terry came from a decent if unfluffy family of cooks . His father was a chef in the army and his mother a pastry cook and preparing food was very much part of his home environment. He was born and raised in South London all his family were from a modest borough where unrepaired bomb sites were a regular feature. Not unlike many working class families in London their summer holidays were spent working picking hops for the local breweries in Kent. The history of the cafe would be incomplete without mentioning his Auntie Kath who was a regular employee here until she passed 85 years.
