The Fabrique is a bakery with its roots in Sweden. With eleven bakeries in Stockholm, they decided to open the first one in London in 2008. Nowadays, there are four in London in Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, Notting Hill and Shoreditch. The Fabrique promotes a traditional and artisanal way of making bread with natural and fresh ingredients. In order to get a textured and tasty bread, the artisanal method requires ample time and passion. The fruits of the Fabrique`s labour can be found in their delicious products.

The Fabrique is very different. It is staffed by smiling helpful staff only too eager to serve you with their great produce.

How to get there

Located in Covent Garden, the underground station is very close to the bakery and also, there are a lot of buses on nearby Shaftesbury Avenue.
