If you like your hidden gems well concealed this is the place for you. The Bourne and Hollingsworth Garden Room is on the 10th Floor of the Assembly Hotel not far away from Leicester Square. It is not well signed posted and visitors will need to go through the hotel’s reception to take the lift to the top. Once in the Garden Rooms – a bar restaurant with stupendous views of London – visitors can relax in this perfect oasis of calm and tranquilty. It is a pretty decent restaurant/ bar and the prices are very affordable. Why the Garden Room? Diners and drinkers sit beneath a canopy of flora that reflects the seasons. There is also a respectable cocktail list for those London visitors that need reviving.

Events

The Garden Room boasts a lively events schedule that includes interactive cocktail workshops, seasonal and themed quaffing sessions, supper clubs and brunch weekends. The owners have clearly thought the programme through carefully and there appears to be something for everyone. Definitely worth getting it on the ‘Trip Plan’.
