An Old Pub In New Clothes
The George offers fantastic food that focuses on simple, high quality, traditional menu.. Like all good pubs they have an large range of beers and wines. On the ground floor you find the public bar opening out onto a vine covered a beer garden.
Visitors can expect lots of variety - the main menu, the Saturday brunch, the Sunday roast, the kids menu, and a large wine list. Sundays is always Family Sunday and kids can eat free. Also not to be missed is the Wednesday quiz night - from 7pm.
Private room hire is also an option for that special event whether its the club room (the room can contain up to 25 people) or the Conservatory (located near the saloon bar ideal for family party`s like birthdays - up to 45 people)
How to get there
Take the DLR Lewisham and get off at Crossharbour, or take the bus number 277 and get off at Isle of Dogs Asda and walk 3 minute to get there.

Opening times
It's open from Monday to Wednesday from 11am to 11 pm. Then on Thursday to Saturday from 11am to 12pm and Sunday from 12am to 10:30pm
