PIN The Ginger Pig

Restaurant

The Ginger Pig Butcher`s store with its own cookbooks, selling meat from its own land and a small farm network. is a restaurant who served traditional food sourced from Sussex’s finest suppliers. Their pies, pasties and `cult followed` sausage rolls are of similar standard. For the avid learner butchery classes are also available.

How to get there?

5 min walk from the bus stop Blandford street.

History

The Ginger Pig story began in Nottinghamshire over 25 years ago, with a near-derelict smallholding and three Tamworth pigs. They now farm their own pasture and North Yorkshire Moorland. Along with a network of like-minded farmers, they supply shops, home delivery service and wholesale customers with the best meat being produced in the UK.

Whether that be from our own Longhorn cattle, their Tamworth and Berkshire pigs, or hand-selected from their British farming partners, they believe each cut, chop and steak to be of the highest quality found in Britain today.
