This market stall is located in the old Spitalfields Market in East London and provides some original and vintage 50`s to 70`s hats. All the products are in perfect condition and just waiting for a head to wear them.







The Last Stop For The Curious is a place where buying a hat is not a simple purchase - the decision has to come from the heart. The stall is run by Colin Rosie who has established himself as one of Spitalfields Market’s most celebrated characters. You cannot miss his debonair look complete with grey three-piece suit with gloves and sporting a topper. If you are looking for that special gift to take home look no further than this wonderful display of head gear.



















History

The story of the last stop for the curious begin at the end of 2013. The founder, Colin, is an Orcadians form Orkney, little islands of Scotland. Before to be a hat seller, he used to be a photographer and take pictures all around the world. One time when is was living in Russia, he had really long and went to hairdressing salon to cut his hair. Unfortunately, the hairdresser couldn't understood what Colin want so he decided to shave his hair himself. After that, he bought a top hat and their adventure began at this moment.

Until May 2013, Colin was homeless and slept on the street all nights close to Victoria Station and he slept with his top hat like pillow. One day, when he was asleep, a homeless charity approached him and offer him a decent place to sleep and helped him applying for jobs. Colin was out of the streets and they offer him one hundred pounds to start selling hats. He going to the Spitalfield on August and till today, seven days a week, he wear his top hat with an elegant three-pieces-suit and became the mascot of the market, pictured by visitors every day.
