PIN The New West End Synagogue

An Incredibly Beautiful Architectural Structure

The synagogue is part of the United Synagogue (Orthodox) organisation and serves the jewish communities of Bayswater, Notting Hill, Kensington, Hammersmith and West London. The oldest synagogue in London- it also organises communal activities for all ages.

History

The New West End Synagogue is one of the most historic buildings of its kind in England. Visitors are encouraged to visit this place which is a fine example of architectural design. It was originally designed by Georges Audsley and Nathan S. Jospeh. Inside plaques mark the seats of Chaim Weizmann the first president of Israel and Herbert Samuel who where members of this synagogue.
