The Phoenix Cinema is an independent, not-for-profit cinema which is uniquely operated by a charitable trust on behalf of the people of North London. The Phoenix Cinema Trust is committed to promoting film culture.

History

The Pheonix was built in 1910, the cinema finally opened in 1912 as The East Finchley Picturedrome, part of the first wave of cinema building happening across the UK in the early 1900s.

A beautiful cinema, very comfortable, good size screen and sound. A great selection of films, indi, docs, live theatre streams.

How to get there

The best way to get there, is by going to the Finchley East tube Station and from there it's 3 minutes walk.
