PIN Polpetto

The Popular Polpetto

The first Polpetto actually opened in 2010 on the first floor of the French House pub in Dean St. Due to its fast growing reputation and a lack of seats (only 24), the present day Polpetto moved in Berwick street into a larger 60 seater venue which includes a lovely, long bar to enjoy an aperitif as well as an open kitchen. The cherry on the cake is the Chef`s table.

It is inspired by traditional Italian menus and the wines are highly recommended by numerous critics. The Polpetto is the second restaurant open by Russell Norman and Richard Beatty.

Triptide thoughts

A great value Italian lunch spot that takes its inspiration from venetian classics. Well hidden within the market stalls and street vendors but well worth the treasure hunt.

How to get there

The two major street perpendicular at Berwick street (Piccadilly St and Oxford St) are well served by the buses and you also can take a car and park on Berwick street
