British pub meets Thai Restaurant - happy ending!

This is a busy, cosy pub in the Cut, very close to Waterloo Station. they sell a good range of beers at a `non` London prices. The food is also excellent and boasts a superb Thai menu for they als offer a take away service on certain nights. Football lovers will note that there is also a well positioned TV on the wall for those vital games where the only real choice is to watch in the pub. The Old Vic is a stone`s throw away and all this in a family friendly environment

The Food and Drink

A very decent portion size and the spice vs flavor is right on the money. The menu is extensive and because it's a pub, there's plenty to wash it all down with. The massaman beef and yellow curry chicken both go quite well with the pub's ginger beer. It is a proper pub, so expect large tables in an open atmosphere. The service is very friendly and samplers are given freely.
