Tooting Library`s recent 3 million pound uplift is obvious once you go inside. It is a perfect place to learn something new and there are many events, sessions and classes that visitors can take part in.

Numerous reading groups are in evidence like Baby Rhyme Time, Story Time, Ballet Babes, English Conversation Groups, Chess Club, Scrabble Club, Bookwormz and Chatterbooks There is a vast list of activities that visitors can take part in. Given that it is a library there are

a lot of books, DVDs and computers.

How to get there

You have to take the Northern line and get off at Tooting Broadway and walk 3 minutes to get there.

Opening times

It's open daily from Monday to Thursday except Wednesday from 9am to 7pm and from Friday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and the Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
