PIN Trellick Tower
An Architectural Icon
Trellick Tower is a 31 storey block of flats, designed in the brutalist style by the architect Erno Goldfinger, after being commissioned from the Greater London Council in 1966. The building of 217 flats is a Grade II listed building. It is 98 metres tall and eye catching for the starkness of its design and architecture
History
The Trellick Tower is located at the northern end of Golborne Road, the tower was commissioned by the Greater London Council and completed in 1972. It is well-known for its bold silhouette which cuts a distinctive outline against the West London skyline.
How to get there
The best way to get there, is by going to the Westminster Registration Office bus Stop, and from there it's 8 minutes walk.
