Bruschetta is a starter dish, where Bread Tree makes it the exact same way their families have done it in Italy for centuries. Where their bread is made in a small bakery in Sicily. Topped with beautiful pickled aubergines, sundried tomatoes, pesto and nduja sourced from Calabria.
