Franco Manca is a very popular and successful pizza chain and the first branch was opened in the year 2008. Its opening put Brixton Market on the map and provided the locals with '100% Italian' dishes.

The restaurant sources t top-quality ingredients from local small suppliers. Buying pizzas here supports local farmers. In addition to that and being an 'authentic' recipe there are only a few ingredients, therefore the flour is essential and Franco Manca has a special blend that can only be found in their branches. There are the classic tomato, garlic basil and oregano pizza, mozzarella pizza and a lot more.
