Their values and our products are attached to the roots of their Sri-Lankan story. They use the spices of Sri Lanka to enrich their locally-sourced ingredients with a flavour of their past adventures.

They claim; Pavilion is about sharing these adventures.

More Information

Pavilion’s story begins in the hill country of Sri Lanka. The founder Rob, found himself In love with the culture, people and community.

Armed with organic tea loaned to him by the tea farmers he met out in Sri Lanka, Rob set up his very first stall on Borough Market.
The aim was to capture the essence of each season in organic tealeaves supplied from a single estate.

Bread, coffee and goods that nod to their Sri Lankan roots and love of all things local and organic come together in the Pavilion shops.
Sri Lankan breakfasts and hot dishes had become the café’s signature

Triptide Thoughts

Pavilion Bakery is such a delightful bakery, and what makes it particularly special is its drawing its flavours from Sri Lankan delicacies. Both its branches give a feel of the outside market inside.

The loaves are baked fresh each morning, and are sold each day and never go to waste.
