It first opened in the 1930s, and in 2004 it underwent a 95 million pound renovation. It definitely has a special history- having been a favourite place for music legend Jimi Hendrix who would spend many nights here.

It has a unique Jimi Hendrix room to honour this, which is full of colour to pay homage to the musician’s colourful life. It also has 18 meeting rooms and its ‘dramatic’ Ocean conference room. If you wish to stay in but do something a bit different, it holds a wonderful Afternoon tea; which is a must if you are to visit London.
