Rodin and the art of ancient Greece

From the 26th April to the 29th July, the British Museum welcome one of the most famous french sculptor Rodin. It's thanks to this museum than Rodin fell in love with the beauty ancient greeks architecture and sculpture. He translates his passion for these into incredible works which he wanted to be as authentic as possible - sometimes removing the arms and the head of the pieces to make them look authentic.
One of his most well-known masterpieces like "the Kiss" or "the Thinker" will take pride of place in the museum's galleries to show visitors some of the 6000's sculptures Rodin work.
